Market leading cloud-based property inspection software providers, InventoryBase, look back on a successful year of growth and development.
Originally launched back in 2012, InventoryBase was designed to maintain and safeguard the rental property. In order to maintain and protect properties and those associated with them, the software was built with tenant, landlord and inventory clerk in mind – aiming to reduce tenancy disputes between landlords and tenants.
InventoryBase is a platform for managing, producing and sharing professional property reports. It is currently used by thousands of property professionals throughout the UK; including some top industry names such as Martin & Co, Belvoir, Northwood, Countrywide & Airbnb.
The company have achieved an impressive 50% growth in accounts over the last twelve months, alongside almost doubling their revenue. They have achieved this by expanding their offering – to now include even more property inspection reporting functions. This includes risk assessments, health and safety audits, building surveys, HMOs and Block Management and all types of property inspection.
The InventoryBase 5th Generation Mobile App was released in Q4 of 2017, in hand with tons of improvements and new features and improvements to the Web Dashboard/Platform. There are also number of integrations with other third party software providers used frequently throughout the industry offered to InventoryBase customers, including Acquaint CRM and FixFlo.
With such great results for 2017, the team continue to work towards their next achievements, starting with recently relocating to larger offices in Portsmouth to accommodate their growing team.
There are also plans to launch a Franchise Management and Reporting Dashboard for growing inventory companies, multi-branch agencies and national franchises this year.
Steve Rad, Managing Director of InventoryBase said;
“I’m over the moon to see that all the hard work and dedication our team has put into building a great SaaS product has been paying off year after year, and the last 12 months have been amazing. We get to work with the best companies in the lettings and property management industry and have professional inventory clerks all over the country.
