Day 11: Tenant-specific Reports for HMOs
Managing HMOs and shared tenancy properties just got more precise. With our new Tenant-Specific Reporting, you can now assign specific rooms in an inspection to individual contacts.
When you share the report, each contact will receive a unique link showing only the rooms assigned to them – plus any common areas.
This enhancement protects privacy, improves clarity, and ensures tenants, landlords, or agents only see what’s relevant to them. Ideal for HMO inspections, student housing, or co-living properties where multiple stakeholders are involved.
Day 12: Did You Know? Auto-Assign Clerks for Faster Scheduling
If you’re using Inspections Pro, you can save valuable time by enabling auto-assignment of clerks.
By setting a default clerk per property, any new inspection or schedule for that property will be automatically allocated to the assigned clerk. If no clerk is selected manually, the system ensures it’s never left unassigned.
This streamlines your scheduling, reduces admin, and helps teams maintain consistency – especially in high-volume operations.
