As part of our course Learn How To Produce Professional Property Reports we have produced our first series of videos on ‘how to complete a report’ on a new 2 bedroom flat.
The video’s look at each room individually; walking you through the reporting process, providing descriptions with condition comments and explains why certain aspects of the property are noted so that you can start to form your understanding of how to compile a professional inventory report.
