We’ve this week announced the launch of a new partnership with property management software, Gnomen, to offer an ‘add-on’ Gnomen customers can purchase via their marketplace.

Agents always stay on top of their call-backs, diary, valuations, and instructions. Customers are always informed. Integrated office accounting means you always know the bottom line. And Gnomen is always there to support you.
Gnomen took the initiative to use our API (Application Program Interface) and build InventoryBase into its existing system for its hundreds of estate agents to use if they wish.
The software will sync inspections, properties and users, to allow Gnomen accounts to automatically schedule and manage inspections within InventoryBase, using InventoryBase to conduct the inspections on site and generate the reports which will then be available to download in Gnomen.
InventoryBase managing director Steve Rad said: “We’re thrilled Gnomen has been confident enough to really take advantage of what we have on offer. Our comprehensive API is available for customers to really make InventoryBase work for them and Gnomen’s demonstrated this perfectly without any assistance from us.”
