Harassment Policy

At Inventory Base, we are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all employees, contractors, and partners. Sexual harassment in any form is unlawful under the Equality Act 2010 and will not be tolerated.

Zero-Tolerance Approach

Sexual harassment includes any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature, such as inappropriate comments, advances, or actions that create an intimidating or hostile environment. This policy applies to all staff, clients, and third parties interacting with our company, both in person and online.

We expect everyone to uphold this standard of behaviour. Any contravention of this policy, including by our users or customers, will result in immediate action, which may include terminating contracts, restricting platform access, or pursuing legal action where necessary.

Reporting and Support

We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses sexual harassment to report the incident promptly. Our senior management team, led by our Operations Director, is committed to investigating all complaints swiftly and confidentially. Support will be provided throughout the process, and retaliation against those who report concerns is strictly prohibited.

Commitment to Enforcement

To reinforce our zero-tolerance stance, we provide ongoing training to our staff and clearly communicate this policy to all third parties, including customers and suppliers. We reserve the right to take disciplinary or legal action against any party found to have violated this policy.

For more information or to report an incident, please email Sián Hemming-Metcalfe sian@inventorybase.com in confidence.
