InventoryBase a leading provider of property technology announce their latest version of property inspection software.
InventoryBase, the UK’s fastest growing property reporting platform is set to roll out a series of updates for both the app and web dashboard.
The latest version of the property inspection app for iOS and Android sees improvements to the camera, audio recorder and dictionary. There is a new HD video feature so users can embed the content directly to reports, alongside a brand-new interactive gallery, new granular customisations, and the ability to create templates or samples from existing and past reports.
Changes to the online dashboard include improvements to the imagery and video functionality, 360 photos, and the new in-app video recording feature which produces video thumbnails, allowing users to click and play online directly from the PDF or a shareable link.
The popular ‘Tenant Commenting’ feature has also seen an upgrade with tenants now being able to upload photos to supplement comments. These can then be automatically assigned to the correct room and item within the final report.
Plus, customised default inspection types, the creation of templates from existing reports and the ability to preview templates as final reports prior to an inspection, and much more.
